Greg,
CNCPro does support subroutines and variables. Macros are just a way to
abbreviate code, and are nothing more than simply
replacing a bunch of code with a word... unless the term macro has been
redefined lately... I expect that could happen in this cnc world...!
In CNCPRo you could use a subroutine for the algorithm and call it
every time you need that part in you code. I quickly tested the
subroutine feature
the other day, and it works fine.
I don't think you would like the response of Windows 95 on a 25MHz
system anyway... so better look for a better junker... Seems like people
are giving away 486 66 MHz systems these days, or at least selling them
for very little money.
