You DO have to register each time you install the software on a new
computer. That did make me nervous. But then, it is a free product so I am
not complaining.
I have no right to expect anything from them.
I want the vendors of any product that I use to stay in business. As a
small business owner, I know all too well that it costs money to make
money. I don;t expect them to give everything away for free.
I figure that I will use it with the understanding that once I become
expert, I would probably go and buy the regular product. I am very
appreciative that PTC has chosen this model to allow folks like us to work
with products that we would otherwise not have access to. At least it is
not crippleware.
From my limited experience, it seems like a very capable product.
Just my $.02

O
my memory is a bit fuzzy on this (it was awhile ago) but i seem to remember
having to get a registration code every time i load the software. now with
windows... that can be every two weeks! if the company were to go out of
bussiness, i would be out of luck.---Dave
