As far as I know the only printed circuit board for sale board that will
work with Tom Kulaga's software is my PCB Also it is the only known
board that works with deskncrt and emc with encoder feedback.
I'll call US digital and find out about availability of the 500 CPI
linear strips.

Do you have any idea how long? I don't mind waiting in that I have
oh, just "a few" other projects to work on as well, but is this a
real thing you've heard from them? I'd rather do linear than hassle
with the mechanicals of the other design. What kind of software is
available which works with the board I have the Tom K. software,
anything else available particularly with source code in C or some
flavor of Basic?
