Ken,

Not sure if your looking for DRO software or a CNC controller
that works with the Tom K board, but if you want a DRO...

I wrote a VB DRO program that works with that board. It's in the
file section under VB-DRO. I got the original code from Tim Goldstein
who got it from Tom. There are a couple of versions there, one for 3
axis and another for 4 axis I believe. Still needs some work but it does
work. Source code included.
