Re: BDI candidates at NAMES .. boot from floppy?

I'm coming up to NAMES this year with the hope of going away
with a working EMC box. My candidate is a COMPAQ ProLinea 5166
166 mhz/32M RAM/2GB HD/CD/currently has W95 on board ($30).
I haven't figured out how to tell it to boot from the CD yet
however and I'm beginning to suspect it can't. Is it possible
to boot from a floppy to get access to the CD, then go from there?

Also does the above computer sound like it would be an ok
platform for the BDI. I'll be doing straight S&D to steppers
with no encoder feedback (4 axis).
