Hi Martin
If the Denford is anything like my Boxford, it might be missing the
handshaking signals on the RS232 interface. I had to make a "special" lead up
with just the Tx, Rx, and Gnd - The DTS, RTS, and CTS pins were all wired up
internally (be b***red if I can remember which ones go where).
If you have a look at the rear of the RS232 connector, if only three pins are
wired up, then you're in the same boat as I was.
