is this a good deal ?

I have an opportunitiy to get a couple Slo-Syn motors,

NEMA 34 1.7 VDC 4.7 amps.

I know that Marriss says to power steppers 20X their rating, and that
the highest voltage offers more torque, but.... 20x 1.7 is only 34
volts.

Will these yield good delivered power or should I keep looking ?
