Dave: I assume these are "six-wire" (unipolar)? They would be capable of
fast acceleration/deceleration and have considerable torque. (I haven't
looked in the S.E. book, to guess which motors they are).

If the price is 1/3 the "new, one-off" price, go for it. If used, 20% would
be top I would invest, but then, I'm cheap. Jan Rowland
