How many robots are you hiding from me, I mean us? If there are a dozen out
there maybe we need to "save" them all from the torch for folks on the list?
There has been a couple of articles in Home Shop Machinist on building the
converter you speak of. I used an old Baldor 5 horse and it ran a 3 HP just
great. Once I discovered the VFD's that Jon E. always speaks of, I was hooked
bought one and sold my converter the next week. It took too much space and
power. Noisy too. And only had one speed!!
