Most of them work now, but I'll bet you're wondering about the Alt-X, Alt-Y,
Alt-Z combinations that bring up the little dialog box used to set an axis
position value. These don't seem to work in the current tkemc and I'll have
to ask Fred about that. I believe tcl/tk handles this via the "bind" command
if you're interested in poking around in there yourself!
