A couple of things ----
First, you're connecting the outputs of the transformers in series, not in
parallel. And, you must be careful that the transformer outputs are phased
correctly, or you will actually get the difference between the voltages
rather than the sum of both.
How to phase? Connect the primaries together in parallel. Connect the
outputs in series. Apply power and measure the output voltage. If it's the
sum of the individual voltages, they're phased correctly. If it's the
difference, either reverse one of the coils in the primary, or secondary,
but not both.
Second - When transformers are connected in series, the current rating of
the circuit is equal to the current rating of the LOWEST rated transformer.
