Looking in my Dayco catalogue that I keep at my side, I find the
Synchro-Cog belts in 5mm pitch (which is close to the XL) in lengths up to
99.4 inches. The closes to the 96" IS the 99.4" and the next step down is 88.6"
That works out to 505 teeth for the 99.4" belt.
