I think maybe they are jerking your bobber. The nails would be
attracted by the magnetizer, not repelled. I don't think this is how
the rail-gun operates. I'd believe it if they said the nails would turn
red, due to the 100 kilowatts of power! Also, do they magnetize each
individual tooth, or the whole thing at once?
