You may try setting the screen res. to 800 x 600 and colors to 16
under windows display properties and boot up again.And this is just a
guess but I think changes made are written to the cards firmware. I do
know this,.. If you change your screen res. to say 640 x 400 ( under
Windows ) and try to install BDI, Linux will use this default and you
will not be able to see the bottom of the screen, and cannot "click"
the ok button to finish. I'm using ATI's chip set, SIS motherboard and
a 500 Celaron cpu
