I can't answer that Scott, I have been messing about with an RS-232 port on
my Orac using a tool that was specifically written to upload files to it.
But I was wondering. I've not had any luck speaking to the lathe, it might
be having a strop, I don't know. But I'd like to ask you how you are
connecting your box to the RS-232? I have a null modem that'll take the 25
pin socket on the machine down to 9 pin to fit into the serial com port on
my laptop. I can't think of where else it could go, but I'm not having any
success via the usual mouse port com 1.

P.S. What does chucker mean? Just that it uses a chuck instead of collets?
