Thank you Lee,
Today I found out that there are Osziloscopes around that will handle
that frequency For anouthe Job I need to rent one anyhow.
So as soon I have one in hand I will try your proposal.
In one occasion a year ago I adjusted a variable spindle drive like you
said.
I put a magnet base in the spindle and held a wire coil close.
With the first mill it went perfect.
In the second one I didn't notice that it was in high gear.
The base riped out of the thread and crashed against the wall.
UFFFFF.......
Lucky guy, here I am still
