Sven,

1,3 MHz is right in our AM broadcast band.... a US am radio tuned to 1300
would roughly
identify the frequency.

For that reason I wonder if you are not a decimal place off? 13.56 (13,56?)
MHz is allotted
for industrial use here I think.

Or perhaps I am misunderstanding. 1.3 MHz is well within range of even
inexpensive scopes.
