CNC Lathe spindle motor replacement control board

Any suggested source for a good quality low cost 90VDC speed controller?
My spindle motor specs are:
90VDC 5A continuous PM motor with tach @ 7V per 1K RPM
60A peak.
Must use a speed control pot for local operation
Must have a tach feedback for 7V/1K RPM and with good response time for
threading operations.
PWM output at least 16Khz
I would also like to have it so I can use an analog signal of +10 for
program speed control.
