Steve,

I believe you are looking for "Bristol Spline" or "Bristol Key"

You can get individual & sets (both 4 spline & 6 spline) from
McMaster-Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com). Also, Xcelite makes
some that fit their "interchangable" handles.
