Thanks to all those who replied. These set screws are on
steppers that are from the late 70's, and they were from
IBM machines.

Those sound like Bristol spline setscrews, from the 1940's
and 50's. I think Xcelite has a set, you could look in any
Newark, Allied, etc. catalog.
