I have some surplus stepper motors with toothed pulleys
that have set screws with an internal spline, no not Torx.
would anyone know of a supplier for wrench's for this type
of set screw? Thanks,

Steve,
IBM Corp used to use spline drive set screws on most of their inch sized
equipment. Now that they use mostly metric, they have converted almost
completely to hex keys. You may try your local IBM parts department for the
keys. If not, I think the keys are made by Reed & Prince among others. Good
luck.

THRD, Inc.

BTW, The official name used to be "fluted socket" and they came in both 4 and
6 flute versions.
