This sounds like the very common front wheel bearing setup on many FWD cars
today. Some mfrs use either tapered roller or ball thrust bearing packs
inter-
changeably depending on supplies available. These often come presetup with
the spindle attached.

Most any auto parts place would have a doodad to do this. Looks a lot like a
CV joint center pin luber except it has a smaller diameter tube that looks a
lot like a hypo needle. Just pierce the seal and pump in a bit of grease.
About
$6 or so.
