OUTPUT_SCALE = 1.000 0.000
MIN_LIMIT = -360.0 < Distance to limit switches
MAX_LIMIT = 360.0
MIN_OUTPUT = -10 < These parameters are in Volts
MAX_OUTPUT = 10
