John,
Something oesn't look right with those numbers. Here is my setup
with the Sherline rotary. The steppers are 1.8 deg/step or 200
steps/stepper revolution. I am using half step so get 400 steps per
stepper revolution. One stepper revolution is 5 degrees on the
rotary table, so that is 400/5 = 80 steps/deg. (Or 80 * 360 = 28,800
steps per rotary table revolution.)
