Sounds like your floppy drive died or the disk is messed up. Do a
Windows install from CD disk that will get you in. If you could see
EMC run ,... you would be convinced not to go back. Can't remember
getting Windows or any Windows program to install without trouble. I
like a simple dos box myself , miss those days , had a menu batch
file that ran things. After all the OS is just a means to the end ,..
the cnc program screen.

For offsets I tell my cam program where 0,0,0 (home)is in relation to
my part and that is reflected in gcode. Same for tool length.
