Sorry, but Fanuc 6 has bubble memory from Hitachi as a standard, which
is on magnetic principle and should retain data more than 10 years.
The drawback is that a memory board worked more than 10 years could
give defect loops and all data are usually lost. Fanuc proposes a CMOS
replacement board, about $1500, but for newer Fanuc 6 controls. If the
ROM board is with 2764 and power supply number ends with xxx-B002, the
control can be upgraded.
