My solution was to mount two routers, one is bolted rigid to the z axis
slide, the other has a small pneumatic cylinder dropping it down. It is
riding on a small cross roller slide for rigidity. I used a M -code to fire
the motor and soleniod for the cylinder. My larger one has a ball nose for
surfacing, The second has a straight bit for profiling.
