Roger,

I bought a copy of BobCad18, specifically for the 5 axis output. I
have used it very little because it is clumsy for dealing with an
imported surface. I have been told by tech support that the next
version will include full solid model importing, and not require
regenerating the surface in Bobcad. I'll believe that when I see it,
am just considering it an early jump on the next upgrade cost.
My envelope will be an 11"Dia cylinder, 12" tall when mounted on the
5th axis table. 3 axis envelope is X19", Y13.5", Z14"+quill travel.
This is a GEM500G bed mill design.
Check the latest Mach1 (ver2.00) to see if it fixes your problem? Do
a complete un-install of the previous Mach1 (including driver), then
reinstall ver2.00, and manually install driver. Works for me on 2
computers.
