You need an ISA or older PCI parallel card with
switches or jumpers. They use the usual addresses.
Maybe whoever you got it from will let you swap yours
for the other type.

Is anyone having any problems, or any luck, getting pin-by-pin control
of PCI type printer ports? I have a couple that want to appear at odd
adresses like "3468" vs. the usual "278/378/3BC" that most control
programs use.

I just haven't been able to control those ports so far. This is WinXP,
which doesn't make it any easier.

Any ideas?
