PCI Printer Ports

Is anyone having any problems, or any luck, getting pin-by-pin
control of PCI type printer ports? I have a couple that want
to appear at odd adresses like "3468" vs. the usual "278/378/3BC"
that most control programs use.

I just haven't been able to control those ports so far. This
is WinXP, which doesn't make it any easier.

Any ideas?
