HOLDING torque will be approximately the same. BUT, the running torque
at significant speed will be much higher, as the inductance will be lower.
This allows the same power supply voltage to charge the windings up to
rated current much quicker. hence, you get full torque up to a much higher
speed, roughly about two times.
