Frustrated with DXF files

Hey all

I'm becoming very frustrated with dxf files I have two versions of
corel one will export text correctly but wont export anything else
correctly.. the other won't export text but exports other stuff ok..
So I decided to try TurboCad. It seams to export everything correct
but now when I try to open a file with vcarvz it sometimes is right
and other times it is all messed up. Am I missing something? In
turboCad I've tried all the differnt versions of dxf files and also
tried with unblock. I'm just not sure if the problem is ME, TurboCad,
or Vcarvz

Any Ideas?
