I would highly recomend buying a copy.

See Dave's webpage and his recent notes.

reading between the lines, he may start charging for the basic
program and a little more for the source code.

I missed out. I knew it was $20.00 because of the yahoo group
turbocnc, but his home page listed $10.00 (until I told him) I could
have just sent him the $10.00 and act dumb.
