(low-V, higher-A) secondaries, you can actually SEE there are "TWO ends"
wrapped around this solder-terminal, and with great care, experience, some
solder-wick, and general "been there, done that", one can unsolder these
wire-ends, so that the once-ONE-termina C.T. is now TWO.
Now, if your transformer's coil is covered with "brown paper" and has colored
PVC lead-wires exiting it, if you are VERY lucky, all the "soldering" to the
secondary-ends of the windings have been made "outside", and you can gain
access to these by deftly cutting the outer layer of paper away to reveal the
soldering to these lead-wires. Same story: You can probably see TWO "magnet
wires" soldered to the C.T. lead-wire. Unsolder, get ANOTHER like lead-wire
(of some nifty diffent color?), solder that to ONE of those, and the
remaining salvaged lead-wire to the other.

To the last line in your question: SURELY you have sense enough to
disconnect subject transformer from the AC-source before doing this
work??????
