Joe,
Short the direction line to your PC ground while the motor is
turning. Do this by disconnecting the direction line from your port
and touch it to your port ground line. If the drive is good, the
direction must change then.
If it doesn't, give me a call at 1-714-771-1662 Monday and I will
either repair or replace the drive for free. I don't want anyone to
be dissatisfied with our stuff.
