Mariss,

Thanks a million Mariss. Now that's what I call standing behind your
product!

You're reputation of A1 customer service and satisfaction, is the
best in the business, and NOW I know that first hand.

I disconnected the direction lead from the breakout board that leads
to the drive, and grounded it to all of the port grounds
individually, and it did not change directions either time.

Even though I dont think it's your responsability to replace the
defective drive, I will take you up on your offer kind sir.
I'd be an idiot not to!

I'll be giving you a call first thing Monday, as this little setback
has delayed me in completing my CNC conversion.

I'd like to add that the other 2 drives are working flawlessly as
they should....wouldn't hesitate for one second to buy another
GECKODRIVES product.
