Go to:

http://www.lvr.com/parport.htm

then search for

Input32.zip

and find the second interation on the page. It's freeware.
Download the file and extract it. I have used the version that comes
with the author's book, and it works well from a VB program.

There's also a 16-bit version if you need that.
