I've got a Kool Mist system. It uses a lot of air and fills the
atmosphere with a wet haze that I have to breath unless I use a
respirator. I'd rather not be so encumbered. The mist is not
supposed to be harmful but I have a hard time believing that any
chemical aerosol is truly safe. Flood coolant would be better,
but unless you have a tight system or a great big pan, you will
get stuff on you and on the floor. The best system is the Trico
Micro drop dispenser. Very pricy, but just the best. I don't
have one as yet, but it will be forthcoming pretty soon.
