I haven't seen any plans for one, but the one I have is pretty
inexpensive. You can find it in the Enco catalog for $59.95, it's made by
Noga, and works like a charm. The air hose and suction hose are both wrapped
with stainless steel for protection, the main control block is magnetic, and
you can control the air & coolant. If you're going to use it on a CNC mill,
you can control the on-off with a small solenoid valve from your program. I
think it hardly pays to try to make one.
