I have avoided answering this one because you are using Jon's drive and
card and I have not experience with either. But because you are not
getting an answer here is the generic follow error fixes.
1 - lower you acceleration to 1 or 2 to start with and raise slowly once
it is working.
2 - Reduce your max velocity to a low value and slowly raise when you
get things working.
3 - If you are using freqmod (no clue in your case) increase the P value
for each axis.
4 - Put in a deadband value that is just larger then 1/2 of a step
increment.
You are using a metric setup and it seems they have some issues of their
own. I generally skip the posting that discuss metric setups so I am not
conversant, but know there has been discussion on it.
