I think this pretty much defines the technology here. They have combined a
Brown's gas generator (disassociates water into mixed hydrogen and oxygen)
and then ionize the hydrogen (at least) into atomic Hydrogen, to get those
temperatures like an atomic Hydrogen torch. Pretty neat!
