Myron, look in the photos area in the folder "31-tooth CNC'd Sherline gear"

I used a program called "geargen" to generate G-code for the gear. I put
some step-by-step screen shots in the folder, along with a couple of photos
of the gear itself.

After you read through the photos, please feel free to ask any questions,
which I'll try to answer. :-)
