Can I suggest?

make fiends with bikers who are always hacking their machines...
they probably know where to find anything and everthing cheaply and
how to things within the "UK" system. Just ornery enough to figure
ways around the stupid parts too....

There is a great, long tradition on this and anyone who
watches "junkyard wars" knows that they, as a group, are inventive in
the extreme.... just what you need....
