For raster

Well a couple days later, but still here. ;-) RasterFratz is a basic
image tracing program, and it's only $75 right now. There is a free
working demo. It is good for applications that require center fills
with hatching or pocketing because it only creates closed shapes. It
is also slider operated to minimize any image touch up requirements.
Output is DXF contours, DXF toolpaths, or ready to run G-code.

Most of the same technology is used in DeskCNC for image tracing, and
it also has a very powerful relief engraving capability, not to
mention STL machining, DXF contouring and pocketing, gerber and
excellon, and text engraving. Through the end of the month it also
includes a free serial port controller board.
