As in :

Steps per rev * worm ratio /360 = steps per degree output
5:1 = 72 degrees per input rev worm ratio (one revolution of the
handle)
200 * 72 = 14400 steps per rev /360 = 40 steps per degree, or .025
deg per step. plus micro stepping multiplication

360 degrees per minute = 240 steps per second

1200 steps per second = 1800 degrees per minute

What are the combinations, direct drive, worm ratio, any need for
belt reduction on a rotary axis calculation?
