You might consider one of the PC-based 'scopes from these guys though:

I have one of their ADC 200 units & have found it very useful indeed. They
also do a much cheaper unit called "DrDAQ" (http://www.drdaq.com/) that is
capable of use as an oscilloscope for low frequency waveforms (i.e., of the
order of 10K Hz and below).
