This is a Yahoo foul-up.

I had traced a similar problem in another list back to use of some of
the nmeonics characters like the 'degree' sign. seems Yahoo can't
handle some of the extended ASCII characters and just errors out.

If this is a permanent failure, I'll determine the exact post and let
Bill delete it.
