The voltage is a little high for an ideal setup so you will give up some
rpm on your max rapid. But they will work and are a good buy. I ran some
motors of about the same specs for a while at 24 vdc and the worked
fine. Of course I am sure that someone will tell you that you have to
run 10 - 25X over voltage, but fortunately no one told the motors that
so they will happily work at a lower over voltage. Yes you do give up
some microstep precision, but it does yield a workable machine.
