They do the same things but get paid for their output. I use a conversion
machine daily that wouldn't be much diffeent than any hobbyist convestion
... it uses ball screws with rolled grooves for ex ... but I make money on
it. Maybe pros also buy software instead of writing it, but I wrote my
operating system for the most part (uses Indexer-LPT for driver) and have
never found something I want to do that it won't do for me.
