Aussie Hoby Mill and Lathe - Experience?

Hi There.
I did a search on e-bay for "hobby lathe" and an interesting dark
horse appeared. Check this out:

I wanted to know if anybody out there has one of these machines. It
seems a lot like a Sherline type design, but with an integrated 12v
motor rather than being tied to a big 120v motor. They sell an
accessory pulley with which to use an auxilliary motor.
My point is, they're really inexpensive.
I want to know if they're cheap.
